Once I ship orders they are out of my hand and we are not responsible for your package after they've been dropped off at the post office.

if you receive and item broken or missing please message us and we'll handle the situation, but if it says your order has been delivered and you did not get it we are not responsible for that. You can contact your post office to see what happen or ask around to see if your neighbors may have gotten it.
